Our History
Applied Software Technologies was founded in 1989 by Edward Garibian. At 29 years old, Ed left his product marketing position at Analog Devices and opened shop in his parents' basement. Soon enough, Ed wrote his first sales proposal and installed the company's first network. Within a year, the company moved to its first location in Springfield, Massachusetts and hired a technical staff.

Over fourteen years later, Applied Software is still building networked systems, relying on its core capabilities - the ability to design, implement, and customize sophisticated networked systems. The company serves businesses and organizations throughout New England and New York in a variety of industries including legal, professional and financial services, non-profit, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate investment, and education.

Currently headquartered in West Springfield, Massachusetts, Applied Software Technologies has been enthusiastically recognized both by customers and industry leaders. For two consecutive years, Inc. Magazine awarded the company with its prestigious "Inc. 500 Designation," as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. The company also received Deloitte & Touche's "Technology Fast 500," for rapid and sustained growth.
